Project Manager - Web Development
Reporting to the managing director, the Project Manager is responsible for being the primary link between our production team and our clients, and is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction with respect to design, quality, schedule and cost and fulfilling the needs of the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-disciplined team of programmers and designers who are responsible for producing web sites and applications
- Play a leading role on collaborating on site navigation, usability and site architecture
- Serve as key thought leader in aligning Interactive strategy with business goals and objectives,
- Traffic content and deliverables to and from production team and clients
- Compose technical specifications and project outlines
- Liase with clients to ensure expectations on deliverables, milestones and timelines
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of online experience, 2 or more in project management role
- Experience developing a team and motivating a staff towards changing objectives
- Strong understanding of and enthusiasm for emerging technologies
- Solid Project Management expertise and the ability to manage and prioritize content production
- Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and with all levels of executives, management and staff
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
