We publish D.A. Dunford, an extremely talented high realism painter from Muskoka. Doug's work is instantly recognizable for his attention to detail; particularly water scenes. Doug is a prolific painter and enjoys working in acrylic, watercolour and most recently soft pastels.
Richard DeWolfe is from the Thousand Islands region of Ontario and spent twenty-five years as an illustrator, producing paintings for national and international corporations such as General Motors, Pepsi-Cola, Sears, Labatt's and Sony. He is highly proficient as a painter and excels at identifying with rural life. The forest, fields, and of course the mighty St. Lawrence River, make the wonders of nature come alive for him.
Country Reflections' newest artists are the husband and wife team of Earle & Frances Barr. The Barr's are multi-talented and we have chosen to represent some of their excellent photography work. Earle has been successful in a variety of media - Drawing, Oil Painting, Acrylics, Watercolours and Wool Painting and always Photography. Artistic talents have always inspired Frances through a life filled with art exhibitions, photo seminars, craft shows, and concerts. Frequently accompanying her photographer/husband to Camera Club meetings and on field trips and vacations where photography was the main object, she became interested, then fascinated by the challenge of capturing on film the various images which caught her fancy. Nature, gardening and structural shapes are all-consuming interests that influence and inspire the Barrs
